Based in Stoke, the Healthy Minds Network is part of the government’s high-profile Improving Access to Psychological Therapies initiative. It’s a groundbreaking Pathfinder programme designed to demonstrate how we can significantly improve access to psychological therapies, promote well-being, and also secure community engagement.
Managed by Rethink, our high-volume service will help people tackle issues which impact on their health and general well-being. It’ll focus on areas like relationships and employment, as well as providing signposting so people can access other help and support. The Network will be run in partnership with local PCTs and GP surgeries, with additional support from the University of York. They’ll work with Rethink on clinical and workforce development.
